LED UV CURING
The latest in house development is making it's debut: Customize-able Ravicon high output LED UV curing lamps.
With over 20 watts per square centimetre of optical output these lamps can cure high ink laydown at speed. The water cooled housing prevents unwanted turbulence occurring around the print heads. Independent switchable and intensity controls allow custom curing settings per color plane. Available in a range of wavelengths from 365 up to 405 nm. Modular design makes it possible to setup custom curing widths.

RAVICON
Ravicon is a young company, but with over 40 years of experience in the sign, print and manufacturing industry we know the deal. Our goal is to provide printing solutions for the manufacturing industry that demand extensive reliability and quality.
"We set out to design a industrial grade LED UV printing system. The lack of a decent, precise, fast and reliable printing system made us decide to build it ourselves."
The system is a fully stand-alone multi-purpose flatbed printing platform that can easily be adapted to client or product demands. Smart control software means automation options are easily integrated. Besides the standard platform we also build fully custom user specific systems designed specifically for your product.
Besides complete printing systems we also produce UV LED curing systems for integration in existing production lines.
